Sometimes the most strenuous activity you can do is to
work on yourself.
The
work can produce the most profound relaxation.
We
think that a holiday may be a time when you want to
do just that so if you are a beginner or a practiced
yoga aficionado we can offer you a qualified
guide and teacher to lead you through a session or
two, either at your villa, on the beach, out in
nature or at her studio in Larnaca

In this
one hour session you will experience the relaxing and
energizing benefits of yoga. Normally, a yoga class will
begin with gentle breathing exercise to relax and calm
the body. When the mind and body are prepared thought
breathing, the instructor will give a specific set of
asanas that are suited to the client's needs and
preferences. For instance, if you have any back pain
problems, exercises can be designed to soothe and
improve that particular discomfort in the body. In
addition, during the yoga class, props such as belts,
blocks and chairs may be used to maximize safety and
comfort. The physical part of yoga class (asanas) will
be approximately last for 50 minutes. The last 10
minutes of the class are targeting the complete
relaxation of the body and the mind. Through guided
meditation and breathing, you will experience a sense of
rejuvenation and calmness.

A few words
about your guide and teacher:
I am a certified yoga teacher trained in Bali.
In addition, I have attended courses in anatomy, therapeutic yoga, and
aerial yoga. For the last 2 years I have had my own
studio in Larnaca.
In the studio, I teach different styles of yoga
depending on the needs of my students.
For example, I have;
Seniors yoga (therapeutic),
Beginners class (Hatha),
Vinyasa yoga (flow yoga),
Childrens yoga
and personal sessions as offered here. |
