Our Prices Include: 

  • Unlimited Mileage

  • C.D.W (Collision Damage Waiver). C.D.W does not cover the first 293.00 EURO for categories A, B,
    C, the first 440.00 EURO for categories D through N, and the first 587.00 EURO for category I

  • Theft Protection

  • Local Taxes.

 

Deliveries/Collections 

  • Some mainland destinations have an extra delivery and collection charge. If this is applicable it will be mentioned in your car hire quotation.

Note: If delivery or collection of cars is required outside working hours (before 08:00 and after 20:00 hrs) an extra fee of 27.00 EURO applies.

 

General Information and Conditions:

  • Drivers age: Minimum rental age 22 years and driver must be in possession of an international 
    drivers licence which has been held for a minimum of 1 year.

  • Gasoline: only super unleaded gasoline is to be used.

  • Minimum duration of rental: 3 days. 
    If the car is required for a shorter period of time there is a restriction in the number of kilometres 
    included in the price on a daily basis (100km). Any additional kilometres are charged extra.

  • Across the border rentals: If you wish to drive the car out of Greece you must have written authorisation 
    of car rental agency.

  • Ferry Crossings: Clients who wish to take the car on board a ferry must first have written authorisation 
    of car rental agency.

  • Rent it here/leave it there: One Way rentals are possible provided that there is a representative of the 
    rental agency in the drop off area. 

  • Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W): 
    The renter obtains full collision protection except for the amounts listed above. 
    The days required for the repair of the car are at the renter’s expense. 
    Damage to tyres, wheels and car’s underside are not covered by any insurance company.

Reservation Conditions:

1. Once we receive your request for car hire of your choice we will send you a full quotation with the total price and ask you to confirm this with a Credit Card Authorization for the full amount should you decide to continue.

2. Once we have received your payment details we will then request your car hire. When it is confirmed we will charge your credit card for the full payment and send you a confirmation. Should the car Category/Group you requested no longer be available we will contact you with some alternative options as well as give you the opportunity to cancel your request at no cost should you not want any of the alternative cars we offer you.

3. Cancellation of Car Hire :-

  1. If you cancel giving us more than 30 days notice before your arrival date you will lose 10% of the price and the remaining amount will be refunded to your credit card.

  2. If you cancel giving us less than 30 days notice before your pick up date you will lose from 33% - 100% of the total payment depending on the Car Rental Agency.

4. Car Rental Agency Conditions: The cars make and model mentioned in each Group Category may not be the actual car. (i.e. if you requested a Group A car it does not necessarily mean you will receive a Daewoo Matiz 800cc but you may be given an alternative car in the same category).
